Lesson 1: Are you ready for BMU's?

Before we jump into how to get your first BMU, let's make sure we have the required prerequisites to get up and over the bar.

As a general rule, you should be able to do several strict pull-ups, including a large number kipping chest-to-bar pull-ups and kipping toes to bar in a row. Not to mention demonstrate that you can complete several bar dips without stopping. If you have all of those, then let's continue!
