Lesson 2: How To Kip Properly
Contrary to popular belief, the kip isn't all about swinging through legs. Kipping is all about moving between the hollow and extended body positions.
An efficient kip starts in the back. Practicing kip swings and kip elevates (adding in lat pull-down to the bar as you come out of the arch position of the kip swing) will allow you to build a solid kipping foundation.
