▸ Lacrosse Ball

The Routine:
① Quadricep Foam Rolling | 1:30 min x each side
② Glute Foam Rolling | 1:30 min x each side
③ Inner Thigh (Adductor) Foam Rolling | 1:30 min x each side
④ Outer Thigh (Vastus Lateralis) Foam Rolling | 1:30 min x each side
