Lead with the Chest
When it comes to being fast and efficient, too many athletes use the slow loading arm burpee and then spend time too much on the ground.
Our approach, especially with the "chest first" mentality, is to spend as little time on the ground as possible and instead spend most of our time upright where it's easier to breathe and keep composure.
▸ To start, get low and kick your legs back using your arms to cushion / absorb your fall.
▸ Leading with the chest and using the 4 step Burpee can have a huge impact on our functional fitness game.
