Shoulder health is important to the longevity of your fitness and health. Today we are making this a focus and working on your strict strength.


WARM UP:
3 rounds (not for time):
5 x Field Goals @2222 ▶️

Go slow. Focus on tempo and positions.
5 x Jefferson Curls @ light weight (very slow) ▶️ 🎥
Let your spine “roll” down and “roll” back up.


SKILLS:
12 min EMOM:
min 1 • 6 x Floor T2B @3110 ▶️

Maintain tempo and hollow (feet together). Feel your spine roll back down on the floor. There should be no “Drop” in tension causing your hip to fall to the floor.
min 2 • 6 x Strict Leg Raises @2110 ▶️ 🎥
min 3 • 10 x Banded Lat Pulldown ▶️ 🎥
Palms to the floor and arms straight. Focus on maximal activation through your lats. You do not need a heavy band to get this activation.
min 4 • 10-20 sec x Passive Hang ▶️
